New members

ACGCI have free trials available for all classes, for finding class times and days, head to the Member Portal via the link in the top right.

Membership

Registration and membership fees are charged once per calendar year, payable upfront. These fees are applied at the beginning of the year, or initially if becoming a member through the year. Please advise staff if you are transferring from another club.

Operating schedule

ACGCI operates over an 11 week term shadowing the school terms. We resume classes one week earlier than the public school schedule. Specific dates can be found on our calendar page.

Parent portal

ACGCI have an iClassPro parent portal which be accessed either from our membership link on our website, or through the iclassPro app on both Android and IOS app stores.

From the portal, you are able to pay fees and sign up for any camps available (competitions, holiday training, etc).

Re-enrollment

Enrollments roll over each term, advice in writing/email 2 weeks in advance if planning on not returning. This will allow the account to finalised and places opened up for other gymnasts.

Missed sessions

Sometimes sessions will be missed for various reasons. Though we try to offer make-up classes wherever possible, these are limited to 2 per term, any requests for make ups should be made through to info@acgci.com.au

All fees are payable at the commencement of term. By enrolling, you understand that failure to pay your child’s class and annual fees may result in your child being excluded from class until payment is made.

We do not offer any refunds of fees.

This fee covers registration and sports injury insurance that is paid to the Queensland Gymnastics Sports Association through this club, along with the third party insurance for gymnasts participating in the Brendale Sporting Complex.
